Located on the front of the Inn, the large balcony has a beautiful bay view. Amenities include: King bed, cathedral ceiling, sitting area with sofa sleeper, private bathroom with bathtub, mini fridge, Keurig and TV with cable.
CHEBEAGUE ISLAND SUITE
This room may experience higher level noise disturbance when private events are taking place at the Inn. Events and music end by 10:15pm per the Peaks Island Noise Ordinance.
CLIFF ISLAND SUITE
This corner room is located on the front of the Inn with a balcony with beautiful bay views. Amenities include: Queen bed, cathedral ceiling, separate bedroom and living space with sofa sleeper, private bathroom with bathtub, mini fridge, Keurig and TV with cable.
CUSHING ISLAND SUITE
Located on the front of the Inn, the balcony has a beautiful bay view. Amenities include: 2 Queen beds, cathedral ceiling, sitting area, private bathroom with bathtub, mini fridge, Keurig and TV with cable.
OUTER GREEN ISLAND SUITE
Located on the back side of the Inn and has a private deck. Amenities include: Two King beds, sitting area, private bathroom with bathtub, mini fridge, Keurig, TV with cable.

BAILEY ISLAND SUITE
Located on the backside of the Inn and has a private deck. Amenities include: King bed, sitting area with sofa sleeper, private bathroom with bathtub, mini-fridge, Keurig, and TV with cable.
JEWEL ISLAND SUITE
Located on the top floor with views of the bay and garden, this spacious suite is perfect for both small groups and larger gatherings. The standard setup includes: 2 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Full beds), 2 bathrooms, comfortable living area with two couches, convenience amenities like a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, and cable TV
Sleeps up to 4 guests by default, with the option to accommodate larger parties by unlocking additional bedrooms with Twin and Full beds to suit your group’s size.
Rate adjusts based on group size — you only pay for the space you need! Whether you’re a couple looking for extra comfort or a group of 16 planning a getaway, this suite offers flexibility without compromising on comfort

- Reservation booking to be charged in full by 30 days prior to arrival
- 10% booking fee charge for all cancellations, but 100% fully transferable without charge up until 14 days of arrival
- Inside of 14 days, 50% Refund on booking/50% Cancellation Fee – Booking is Non-Transferable
- Inside of 72 hours 100% Cancellation Fee – Non-Transferable
Room rates are based on quadruple occupancy with a maximum of 4 guests per room.
-Inn On Peaks Island requires that all reservations are paid in full prior to arrival.
-Guest Policy and Certificate of Compliance forms will be completed upon arrival.
-The credit or debit card on file will be used for any damages or additional fees per the Guest Policy Form.
-There are no refunds for early departures/late arrivals or weather delays.
Your credit card will be charged the date you book the room. All reservations are subject to a 9% Maine Room tax.
There is no smoking on the property.
Your private alcoholic beverages are only allowed in your room.
The Inn is not responsible for loss or damage of property left unattended.
Your card will be charged $25.00 per half hour for late check-outs.
Due to high demand, we require a 2 night minimum on the weekends (Fri & Sat nights) during the summer season.
